I wanted to take this moment to say I hope your summer has been a good one for you and your family. This market has certainly kept me busy but I'm really not complaining after the last few years of homes sitting on the market for months. Now homes sell in a week or two at the MOST. It's amazing and I'll take as much of it as I can get.
